Delicious Island Conch Seafood Challenge in Turks and Caicos!!
Randy Santel "Atlas" and @Katina Eats Kilos teamed up vs Sharkbite Bar & Grill's "Full Menu" Island Conch Seafood Challenge at Sharkbite Bar & Grill in Turtle Cove Marina on the island of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands!! For Christmas this past year, I took Katina to the island of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands for 10 days to celebrate a great 2020, our first Christmas together, New Year's Eve, and the start of a hopefully successful 2021. During the vacation, I attempted one restaurant food challenge and filmed 3 additional "Dinner Is Served" style videos. For DIS video #2, Katina and I went to Sharkbite Bar & Grill nearby our Airbnb. We gave ourselves a one sitting time limit to aggressively enjoy a big platter filled with lots of delicious items from Sharkbite Bar & Grill's menu. Our platter featured lots of different island conch dishes - conch fritters, conch salad, conch quesadilla, conch chowder, cracked conch, spicy fire cracker conch. The platter also included a Philly cheesesteak sandwich, a grouper Rueben sandwich, 2 orders of peas and rice, some creamy coleslaw, jerk chicken, almond crusted grouper, fish fingers, chicken fingers, chicken wings, healthy vegetables, Canadian poutine, and more. Thanks to the owners Shannon and Mike, and everyone with Sharkbite Bar & Grill for the tasty food, drinks, and hospitality!! We appreciate everyone throughout Turks and Caicos Islands who watches our videos and supports our hard efforts!!

Sharkbite's "Full Menu" Island Conch Seafood Challenge in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos:
- Sharkbite Bar & Grill is located in Turtle Cove Marina on the island of Providenciales, TCI.
- They serve up a wide variety of delicious island foods and beverages too. The owners are from Canada, so you can also order poutine and a few other Canadian dishes. There is a very relaxed island vibe.
- Turks and Caicos Islands are well known for having lots of conch, served up in a variety of ways.
- For our menu challenge together, Katina and I enjoyed lots of delicious island conch seafood dishes - conch fritters, conch salad, conch quesadilla, conch chowder, cracked conch, spicy fire cracker conch.
- The platter also included a Philly cheesesteak sandwich, a grouper Rueben sandwich, 2 orders of peas and rice, some coleslaw, jerk chicken, almond crusted grouper, fish fingers, chicken fingers, chicken wings, healthy vegetables, and more. In honor of the Canadian owners, we enjoyed some Canadian poutine!!
- We each sipped on some delicious island cocktails and I had some Turk's Head Brewery beers.
